Pioneer in France, Icam seizes the opportunity to train engineers in a strong partnership with companies. Engineering students are part time employed during 3 years and assume missions of growing complexity. Company managers are committed stakeholders to propose the engineering student challenging situations where he can get the required learning outcomes. Today 280 engineers are promoted by year. This Co-op program was implemented on two new sites La Roche sur Yon (1994) and Vannes (2001).
