Program Structure

The principle is as follows:

  • You will be acquiring and validating fundamental skills in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering during your first years at FEI.
  • You will then open up to other competency areas during your first year in Icam. This is then followed by focusing on professionalization during a 5-month scientific or engineering Master thesis, culminating in a 5-month immersion in a company.
  • Finally, you will complete the remaining semesters of your dual degree program at the FEI.

The program structure depends on 3 parameters:

  • Your specialization “Industrial”, “Mechanical”, “Electrical”
  • Your mode “Diurno” or “Noite”
  • Your starting time “Fevereiro” or “Agosto”

The tables below show an overview of how your Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering training merges with Icam’s 2-year Master’s in General Engineering.
