The COVID pandemic has updated the hospital’s difficulties in terms of performance in order to better meet the expectations of patients but also the working conditions of caregivers, as well as the preservation of their health (safety). The Paris Sénart Icam site has decided to work on a very strong research theme consistent with the Greater Paris South basin: health 4.0. The aim is to introduce into these areas the concepts of Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence to improve the overall performance of hospitals. This project focuses on the use of new technologies and artificial intelligence to improve the logistics performance of the hospital: Healthcare logistics 4.0.
The project aims to :
- Help for the decision aided system development for healthcare logistics improvement
- Realize a validation study on a hospital
- Realize the digital twin of the hospital studied (detailed simulation)
- The state of the art and benchmarking
- validation of the beta version beta of the software tool being developed for improving hospital logistics performance
- detailed study of the chosen hospital
- Validation of the simulation models
- Scientific article for a conference
