Grand Paris Sud is made up of around twenty municipalities in two departments, Essonne and Seine et Marne. This territory is an important area for logistics companies. Many platforms have been set up, thanks to the action of the EPA of Sénart and the Agglomeration of Grand Paris Sud. Most of the businesses in the region are focused on transport, logistics, storage and e-commerce. The territory of Grand Paris Sud is an important logistics basin due to the proximity of Paris. The road traffic is quite important on the territory of Sénart (N104 and A5). The axis of the A5, for example, is subject to numerous vehicle congestion. Research work has therefore been launched by Icam to understand the origin of these disturbances and to propose a sustainable solution for the transport of goods (alternative to the road), which satisfies users, citizens, local authorities, and businesses. of the territory. A collaborative platform for co-creation and co-innovation (DIGICOLDT) must be developed by Icam to design the solution by consensus and best suited to the GPS pool. The method implemented for this development is the agile method.
The project aims to :
- Help in the DIGICOLDT tool development
- elaborate sustainable alternative solution to road transportation (complete study)
- Manage the solutions proposed by stakeholders (authorities, companies, citizens)
- realize and improve the existing simulation models and scenarios (PTV VISSIM, Flexsim, Anylogic)
- The state of the art and benchmarking
- Beta version of DIGICOLDT validated
- Sustainable alternative solutions to road realized
- Simulation Models validated
- Scientific article for a conference
