In Pointe-Noire, a great turnout for the 2nd Business Forum !

The Ucac-Icam Business Forum returned to the Pointe-Noire site in Congo on Friday, February 28, 2025, after a successful first edition in March 2024. This highly anticipated event, organized in partnership with Unicongo, brought together talents and companies with recruitment prospects in mind.

Students, recent graduates, and businesses came together for the 2nd Business Forum of the Ucac-Icam Institute, held in collaboration with Unicongo (Congo’s Employers’ and Interprofessional Union).
Around twenty local and international companies attended the event on the Pointe-Noire campus to meet our young talents! This was a unique opportunity for students to connect with professionals from the local economic landscape and a privileged occasion for companies to boost their visibility, promote their employer brand, and strengthen their collaboration with the Ucac-Icam Institute.

Valuable exchanges fostering recruitment

The day was filled with highlights, including an inspiring conference on entrepreneurship, career development workshops, and networking sessions with recruiters. 

This Business Forum indeed provided a rich exchange platform for everyone. It allowed students to receive valuable advice for their professional integration and offered companies the chance to recruit Ucac-Icam young engineers with diverse profiles for internships, apprenticeships, and both fixed-term and permanent positions.
