The Pochet Ducourval factory, specialized in the manufacture of flasks for the luxury industry, has signed a 3-year research partnership with the Sens et travail chair. After having conducted about forty interviews over the past year, the next semester will be devoted to redefining the manager’s job.

Project description:
After having well understood the industrial management of the factory, take up the conclusions of the two previous periods. On these bases, participate in the animation of workshops with managers of different hierarchical levels to accompany them in the redefinition of the jobs
