Two Icam Mastère Spécialisé® Engineering Programs Starting in 2025

Becoming an engineer is also possible through the Mastère Spécialisé® pathway at Icam—an advanced program accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE). With these programs, we aim to support students, working professionals, individuals returning to education, and job seekers in acquiring specialized skills to enhance employability or boost their careers. These Mastère Spécialisé® programs are open to both French and international applicants.
Offering these programs also allows Icam to better meet the needs of companies in high-impact sectors. Many professionals and companies are directly involved in the training, as the Mastère Spécialisé® is available as a work-study program, ensuring a highly practical and hands-on approach.
Supporting Digital Transformation with the Mastère Spécialisé® Industry 5.0
To meet the challenges of industrial digitalization and business resilience, Icam’s Strasbourg-Europe campus will launch the Mastère Spécialisé® Industry 5.0 in September 2025. This program is officially listed in the French National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP). Since 2011, the campus has supported companies in evolving their business models and navigating digital transformation.
The goal of this program is to train experts capable of leading the digital transformation of industrial processes. Graduates will acquire skills in cybersecurity, IoT, applied Lean management, and industrial data management.
Career opportunities include: Industrialization Project Manager, IT Systems Architect, Digital Product Manager, Data Management and Quality Manager, Digital Transformation Lead.
Driving the Energy Transition with the Mastère Spécialisé® EINTE
Since 2010, the Nantes campus has been training specialists in energy efficiency and renewable energy development through the Mastère Spécialisé® in Eco-Innovation and New Energy Technologies.
Graduates become experts capable of: Analyzing and optimizing existing energy systems, Designing optimized energy systems with integrated renewables, Assessing and reducing environmental and societal impacts of products or processes.
This program opens the door to numerous opportunities in a rapidly growing sector. For example, the role of Energy Manager ranks 8th among the 25 fastest-growing jobs in France over the past three years, according to LinkedIn’s annual Emerging Jobs Report.
