Lean Management Arrives at Icam Grand Paris Sud: Aiming for Operational Excellence 5.0

Icam Grand Paris Sud is launching a new range of certified Lean Management training programs starting October 2025, designed to support companies in their transformation towards Operational Excellence 5.0.

These programs build on a momentum already underway within the Icam network, particularly at the Strasbourg-Europe and Lille campuses, supported by the expertise of @EasyLean+.
The goal is clear: to address today’s challenges in performance, agility, and sustainability faced by both industrial and service organizations.

Tailored to real-world needs, the training combines theory and practice through active learning methods. Several levels will be offered (Yellow Belt, Green Belt Manufacturing 5.0, Green Belt Office), with personalized support to help employees build their skills and become agents of change within their organizations.

With this initiative, the Grand Paris Sud campus aims to become a key player in transforming local businesses by offering skills development focused on continuous improvement, process digitalization, and human-centered management at the heart of Lean principles.
