Rollout of Lean training courses for companies

Icam Accelerates on Lean! The Grand Paris Sud campus has now launched its own Lean School, complementing the certified Lean Management and Industry 5.0 training programs already available at the Strasbourg-Europe and Lille campuses, with the support and expertise of @EasyLean+.
Objective: to meet the needs of companies and support them in a comprehensive and sustainable transformation toward operational excellence 5.0.
Lean is a comprehensive approach based on involving all employees in a culture of continuous improvement (reducing lead times, improving quality, lowering operational costs, increasing productivity, etc.). It encourages challenging established practices, striving for operational excellence, and focusing on what truly creates value for the customer.
A Wide Range of Training Programs and Personalized Support
On each site, Lean schools offer customized training programs, both inter- and intra-company, adaptable to all sectors and real-world conditions. Their key strengths include active, immersive learning methods and personalized coaching, aligned with Icam’s educational approach. This enables teams to build skills effectively and supports companies in their transformation journey with the help of expert consultants.
Strasbourg-Europe Campus
Already having trained thousands of professionals, the campus offers Lean Management, Manufacturing, Construction, and Industry of the Future 5.0 programs:

• Black Belt Lean Management 5.0
• Black Belt Lean Manufacturing 5.0
• Factory of the Future 5.0 Training
The Lean School provides support including company visits and diagnostics, flow mapping, and deployment planning, as well as tailor-made training programs.
A 500 m² space is dedicated to Lean and Industry 5.0 practice, featuring two assembly lines.

Lille Campus
Training programs launched last spring in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office now include Industry of the Future and the 5.0 approach:
• White Belt Manufacturing 5.0
• Yellow Belt Manufacturing 5.0
• Green Belt Lean Office 5.0
• AFNOR-certified Green Belt Manufacturing 5.0
The Lean School offers a complete and personalized experience in a 200 m² training space, right in the heart of Lille, featuring a connected industrial assembly line and a Lean Excellence 5.0 platform. This training space is unique in the Hauts-de-France region.

• Green Belt Lean Manufacturing 5.0
The Lean Schooloffers a progressive pathway from traditional Lean to Industry of the Future 5.0 concepts, in a brand-new 188 m² immersive training workshop with a dedicated assembly line.
The first Green Belt Lean Manufacturing 5.0 sessions begin this fall and are now open for registration.
