A Meaningful Partnership Between Vinci Energies and Icam

A new milestone has been reached in the long-standing collaboration between Vinci Energies and Icam: on July 2nd, Emmanuel Dunat, Managing Director of a Division at Vinci Energies, and Carole Marsella, Deputy CEO of Icam, signed a nationwide partnership agreement.
The objective: to strengthen our ties in order to prepare tomorrow’s talents to meet technological, human, and environmental challenges.

This national partnership is built upon strong shared values:

It continues the work already carried out for several years on our Lille, West, and Toulouse campuses: career discovery, business immersion through internships and projects, R&D assignments, networking events, and more.

A Shared Commitment to Greater Gender Diversity

Vinci Energies and Icam are also deeply committed to paving the way for the female engineers of tomorrow, making gender diversity a top priority.
Vinci Energies is actively implementing initiatives to recruit more women, provide mentorship, and support them in their career development through programs such as mentoring and ambassador clubs.
On its side, Icam is committed to offering optimal study conditions for female students, enabling them to fully develop their potential. The growing number of young women joining our campuses this academic year is a strong incentive to continue our efforts toward greater gender inclusion.
