14 Oct 2025
As of the 2025 academic year, Ucac-Icam has received the renewal of its international accreditation by the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur (CTI), along with the EUR-ACE© European label, for the maximum duration of 6 years.
This makes it the first engineering school in Central Africa to have all its programs accredited for this full 6-year period!
This collective achievement reflects the dedication and contributions of our entire community — students, faculty, staff, and partners.

“At Ucac-Icam, we are deeply convinced that quality education is the key to building the future. Since our inception, this commitment has guided everything we do. This recognition is not just a technical validation; it is proof of our vitality and our unwavering commitment to excellence over the past 23 years in Africa,” says Martial Adiang, Director of the Ucac-Icam Institute (Douala and Pointe-Noire campuses).
The Highest Level of Recognition — Both Locally and Internationally
The CTI accreditation, coupled with the EUR-ACE© European label, guarantees the quality and international recognition of our engineering degrees.
Ucac-Icam now joins an elite group of CTI-accredited engineering schools — more than 200 in France and 33 abroad — offering a significant advantage for the future careers and mobility of its graduates.
This accreditation applies to the following degrees:
– Process Engineering

– General Engineering (both traditional and apprenticeship tracks)
