Advancing Gender Equality: Carole Marsella Featured in L’Express Éducation

On December 2, 2025, L’Express Éducation published an article titled “At Icam, Human Values Break Down Gender Barriers,” highlighting the comprehensive gender equality strategy carried by Icam and what defines its DNA: kindness, personalized support, Ignatian grounding… noting that Icam earned first place in the Happy at School ranking.

Carole Marsella, Deputy General Director of Icam, explains how the school achieves results above the French engineering schools’ average, with this clear commitment: making gender equality a 360-degree strategic priority, integrated into the school’s five-year strategic plan.
