"The MPS150 Cascade is a high-precision micro-positioning station designed to electrically test miniature components (chips, sensors, wafers). It allows for the manipulation of micro-needles with micrometric accuracy to establish electrical contacts without damaging the circuits. To ensure absolute precision, it is coupled with a high-power microscope equipped with a Moticam 4000 camera. This setup allows the visualization of contact points in ultra-high definition (4K) on a screen, thus facilitating the guidance of probes and the recording of test data."
