DMA 242E Netzsch
The Netzsch DMA 242E is a machine used to analyze the viscoelastic behavior of materials, that is, their way of deforming and regaining their shape when subjected to mechanical stress. Its principle consists of applying an oscillating movement, a small controlled vibration, to a sample while precisely measuring its mechanical response. This stress can be applied over a wide temperature range thanks to an integrated furnace, which allows the study of the material both hot and cold.
