On October 18, 200 people gathered in Lille for a fund-raising evening to finance the site’s development projects. Thanks to the generosity of the guests, all the projects identified and pitched by our employees and students will be able to see the light of day. To wit
- provide financial support for 25 new students and their families, and carry out more initiatives to promote the engineering professions to secondary school students and the general public;
- participate in the training of 15 teachers in the Experimentation, Rereading and Discernment (ERD) program, which enables students to build their life project, in all its dimensions;
- acquire production resources and set up digital tools (ERP) at the production school;
- acquire equipment for applied research into plant co-products;
- strengthen student training in energy and ecological transition, by opening them up more widely to integral ecology;
- strengthen support for 10 new entrepreneurial projects by our students (dedicated resources at Icam, prototyping costs, etc.)
- help finance 10 workspaces in the renovated premises on the site, and contribute to the complete fitting-out of a 145-seat amphitheatre.
