The Forum Icam Entreprises 2026, held on Friday 27 March at the Espace Champerret in Paris, was a resounding success! The Icam students from across our various campuses, along with the many companies in attendance — including our Major Partner companies — contributed greatly to this achievement. This 16th edition, powered by the enthusiasm and energy of everyone involved, confirmed that the Forum Icam Entreprises is a place to connect, a place of opportunity, and a place where career paths take shape.

Opportunities and an Enriching Experience
Once again this year, conversations were lively and discoveries plentiful, with some outstanding opportunities on offer for our students: internships, jobs, apprenticeships and volunteer missions. Several activities made this edition memorable, including a sophrology introductory workshop to help students manage pre-interview stress, a professional photo booth for headshots, and a prize draw to win work experience placements at participating industrial companies.
The highlight of the day was the Model Mania competition, co-organised by AvenAo, Prodways Group and Dassault Systèmes. Students were challenged to model a 3D part in record time from a technical drawing using SOLIDWORKS software. Speed, technical skill and creativity were all on show in this hugely popular activity — the winning student completed the challenge in just 3 minutes!

Career Conferences and the Strength of the Icam Alumni Network
Several conferences punctuated the day, organised by the Icam Alumni association, the Délégation Catholique pour la Coopération (DCC) — a longstanding partner that opens doors for Icam engineers to engage in international volunteering — and Apec.
Participants gained insight into trends shaping the engineering sector and identified the key skills needed to meet future challenges. A dedicated conference focused on what recruiters are looking for in 2026, featuring speakers including Cyrille Courtier, an Icam alumnus and HR Director at Moët-Hennessy and Dior.
The Icam Alumni association was also on hand to highlight the strength and richness of its network: 25,230 alumni spread across 114 countries, active in every sector — transport, construction, luxury goods, IT, ecological transition, defence, events, and more.
It was also an opportunity to showcase the tools the association makes available to its engineer and student members: an online directory, communities organised by sector and country, and training programmes through Icam Alumni Academy.
A heartfelt thank you to all the companies who attended, and to our Major Partner companies, for their loyalty and trust!
